All Levels Iyengar Yoga Back Care and Scoliosis Retreat held at our world class Iyengar Center in the heart of Florence, MA. Online participation is also available. Come experience the healing power of Iyengar yoga as we explore the key yoga principles which support a happy healthy spine. Each session will focus on finding a more balanced posture through breath work, strengthening, movement and restorative postures. Usage of props and basic anatomy will also be covered to help you personalize your practice.
