A yoga pod is a small group with a similar issue to address. We will cover issues such as: neck/shoulders, hips/knees, digestion, low back, SI joint, diabetes, scoliosis and more. Working together in a small group can provide additional support to each participant and is more cost effective than a private lesson.
We give priority to current students as the yoga pods are prop intensive and you need to have a current foundational practice in place to get the maximum benefit. If you are not a regular student, we suggest you take a few of the Friday night Fundamentals classes from 5:30 – 6:30pm. This class helps new students get acquainted with the studio and Iyengar yoga. If this time does not work for you, email us for an alternative route to becoming eligible to participate.
